Judith Haensel advises clients on U.S. and German law. Her
focus is on international corporate law, business immigration, international
insurance matters, and German law. She has also successfully registered
U.S. trademarks and servicemarks for corporate clients in Germany and the
United States. In addition, Ms. Haensel
has experience with diverse Elder Law issues including wills, (healthcare)
powers of attorney, and trusts. A German native with legal training in Germany and the United
States, Ms. Haensel serves German and American clients of the firm.
Ms. Haensel also is the internship coordinator for the firm’s Charlotte
office as well as a contributing
author to the BridgehouseLaw legal blog and other firm publications.
