Klaus Brisch is managing partner of the Cologne office of BridgehouseLaw. He is a specialist in information technology law and coordinates the information technology, telecommunications and media practice group within BridgehouseLaw Alliance.

The main focus of his consulting practice lies in the areas of IT compliance, IT security, privacy and data security. Mr. Brisch advises companies generally in the area of Internet law (contracts, liability, copyright clarification, etc.) and electronic commerce (eg use of electronic signatures, construction of DMS and CRM systems, electronic invoicing). In addition, Mr. Brisch advises companies in the design of hardware and software contracts and complex IT and outsourcing projects.

Mr. Brisch also advises firms in connection with corporate and technology-based transactions with further specialization in eGovernment. For example Mr. Brisch advises public authorities with the introduction of electronic procurement platforms, the implementation of EU services and on IT procurement projects.
