Mark Stowers is the managing partner of the Atlanta office of BridgehouseLaw. Mr. Stowers' main practice focus is in the areas of corporate, energy, financing, international, private equity and real estate law.

He has over 20 years cross border transactional experience and has assisted clients in the formation of limited liability companies, limited partnerships and corporations as well as in real estate acquisition, financing and sale including fund investments.

Mark Stowers has a wealth of experience in real estate matters, especially bridge/mezzanine and senior secured loans; leasing industrial, office, and retail property; and the acquisition, financing and sale of apartment projects. In addition, Mr. Stowers advises on the purchase and sale of coal, oil and gas assets.

Based on his experience as a principal in energy and real estate investments, Mark Stowers provides clients with both legal and practical business solutions.
