He is licensed as a Lawyer in Germany and in the State of Georgia.

In addition, Mr. Meis advises on the structuring of funds (eg. in the field of renewable energies), the preparation of prospectuses as well as planning and coordination with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
